NEWS: Officials Plan Transportation Future

Transportation officials traveled to Syracuse on Monday to discuss their 20-year plan for the state’s future in transportation.  Everything from buses to airplanes was discussed at the meeting, according to The Post Standard.  Some ideas bounced around: better pavements and safer highways and bridges.  Economic development leaders also voiced the need for increased traffic in Central New York, but cautioned a system must be in place to support it.
