NEWS: A New Work Force Settles in New York

Upstate New York is seeing immigrants playing a big role in local economies. News 10 Now reports that
the new population is boosting an aging work force in the area. More importantly, they are buying goods and spending money. The story is based on a new report by SUNY Buffalo. A policy analyst at the university says the immigrants and refugees are making upstate cities vibrant again. According to the report, Syracuse has received the most new residents from Bosnia, followed by Cuba and Ukraine.
